Treffler-M@M is offering you the possibility to upgrade your Treffler precision tine harrow with the M@M Tine Lifter.
Simply mount the lifters on the frame wherever you want to temporarily lift the tines out of the row.
Where to place the tine lifters?
It is your choice where you want to mount the lifters on the frame:
- On the frame above the rows of crops (most common)
- On the frame between the rows of crops
- By outfitting the entire frame you keep both options open
From the front to the back of your harrow, you will need 3 lifters to cover an entire row, placing a lifter on the 3rd, 5th and last bar on the frame. With 3 lifters you can lift a maximum of 11 tines width from front to back.
For example:
TS920 (30ft) harrow with a row distance of 30 inches, needs 12 rows x 3 = 36 tine lifters
Outfitting your machine
If you want the flexibility to lift any tine, then you will want tine lifters on the entire frame. In this case, it does not matter what the row distance is, you will cover 30:3 = 10 cm with 1 tine lifter.
As a general rule of thumb, take the model of your harrow and divide it by 10 and there you have the number of lifters needed for full coverage.
For example: a TS300 (10ft) harrow needs 30 lifters for full coverage, a TS1220 needs 122 lifters for full coverage.
