Sharp from Treffler
Treffler will once again be showcasing several new machines at Agritechnica (Hannover, November 10-15):
- The TFG. This machine (3 or 6 m wide) essentially fills the gap between the TF and the TGA. Heavier and more spacious, the TFG is capable of being a full-fledged stubble machine, capable of cutting 100% of the topsoil.
- The TGA 3X. This updated TGA (3 m, 4.6 m, 6 m) combines three operations: shallow flat cutting, breaking up the subsoil up to 25 cm with single or multiple tines as desired, and sowing green manure. Like the TFG, the TGA 3X can be used year-round, including in the spring to cut green manure at the perfect depth.
- The TGA Plus, the base machine for the TGA 3X, can be considered an entry-level model; subsoilers and seeding elements can also be added later. Compared to the existing TGA, the screed spacing has been increased by 20 cm, offering more space for good throughput.
- Treffler launches the THL and THS. Alongside the traditional TH (simple and reliable) and the THP (innovative, adjustable, and extremely precise) contractor machine, the THL will become the base machine for arable farming, while the THS will be the precision machine for horticulture. After several trials with previous models, Treffler can now confidently offer both machines. Come see for yourself!
- The updated TS, the award-winning weed harrow, leading the way for 20 years. Two years ago, Treffler introduced this upgrade in 9 m and 12 m versions: now it’s available for virtually all models. The innovation includes a stiffer frame, made of Hardox Strenx steel, improved wheel bearings, gauge scales on the depth wheels, and spring pressure of up to 6 kg per tine. The patented carbide-tipped tine tip is revolutionary. With this, Treffler once again demonstrates that simplicity can be so magnificent: the permanently pointed tip gives more space to the young crop during the first shallow harrowing. And of course, it penetrates better in hard soil. Sharp from Treffler!
